August
  • August 15: ACDA National Audition Application Open - virtual audition. Please do not audition if you can not chaperone and provide transportation for your own student.


September
  • September 3-16: Senior Honor Choir Registration and Payment Window
  • September 6: Permission Click and Course Fee Due ($60 Course Fee)
  • September 18-19: All-County Choir auditions - in class
  • September 20: National Anthem Night - 4 pm to 7 pm - Students will meet in the Auditorium
  • September 26: ACDA National Audition Application Close - virtual audition. Please do not audition if you can not chaperone and provide transportation for your own student.

  • October 17: All-County Choir - Lightridge HS
  • October TBD : Uniform Night - 4 pm to 7 pm - Students will meet in the choir room​


November
  • November 7: All-District Chorus Auditions - Time TBD - John Champe HS - Volunteers are needed
  • November 21-23: VMEA Conference - Students accepted into Senior Honor Choir attend - Norfolk, VA


 December
  • December 7: Stone Ridge Tree Lighting Ceremony - REQUIRED FOR: Bella Voce
  • December 9: Winter Concert Dress Rehearsal - Meet on stage ​in the auditorium right after school. Rehearsal starts at 4:20 pm in the auditorium and a schedule will be provided. Estimated end time is 6 pm.
  • December 12: Winter Concert - Meet on stage in the auditorium at 6 pm; concert starts at 7 pm. Auditorium doors open to parents at 6:30 pm


January
  • January 9: TB Invitational - Dominion High School - Required for all TB singers grades 9-11
  • January 16: District Chorus Sectional - Only students who are accepted to participate in All-District Chorus are REQUIRED to do this sectional - Virtual


February
  • February 6: District Chorus Sectional - Only students who are accepted to participate in All-District Chorus are REQUIRED to do this sectional - Woodgrove HS
  • February 6: All-Virginia Chorus auditions - Only students who participate in All-District Chorus may audition - time TBD - Woodgrove HS
  • February 7- 8: All-District Chorus - 9 am to 6 pm Friday - 9 am to 4 pm Saturday - Rock Ridge HS


March
  • March 4: Pre-Assessment Concert Dress Rehearsal - Meet on stage in the auditorium right after school. Rehearsal starts at 4:20 pm in the auditorium and a schedule will be provided. Estimated end time is 6pm.
  • March 6: Pre-Assessment Concert - Meet on stage in auditorium at 6 pm; concert starts at 7 pm. Auditorium doors open to parents at 6:30 pm.
  • March 14 AND 15: HS Choral Assessment - Time TBD - Briar Woods HS (please keep both days open entirely)
  • March 19-25: ACDA National Honor Choir/Convention - Dallas, Texas
  • March 25: 3rd Annual Choir Cluster Concert - Meet in the main gym at 6 pm; concert starts at 7 pm. Auditorium doors open to parents at 6:30 pm (REQUIRED FOR: Champe Singers, Chamber Choir, and Bella Voce)


April
  • April 24 - 26: All-Virginia Chorus - Richmond, VA


May
  • May 13: Pops Concert Dress Rehearsal - Meet on stage in the auditorium right after school. Rehearsal starts at 4:20 pm in the auditorium and a schedule will be provided. Estimated end time is 6pm.
  • May 19: Pops Concert - Meet in the auditorium at 6 pm; concert starts at 7 pm. Auditorium doors open to parents at 6:30 pm


June
  • June 4: Choir Banquet
  • June 12: Graduation - students singing will arrive at TBD (required for Champe Singers and All Seniors)
